Plant Manager (m/f/d)

• Future-oriented plant management with a strong focus on day-to-day operations
• Monitoring and continuous optimisation of operational processes from both a technicaland a business management perspective
• Application of lean methods, continuous improvement (KVP) and Industry 4.0 to reduce waste and increase flexibility and innovation
• Improvement of on-time delivery performance by initiating measures for supplier development and further developing the key performance indicator system
• Identification of ‘problem areas' within the plant, as well as the conduct of fault analyses and the implementation of structured problem-solving measures
• Definition and monitoring of the site's quality targets in line with the corporate strategy

• Fluency in Czech
• University degree in a technical subject, ideally in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or production engineering; alternatively, vocational training with further qualifications in production management
• At least ten years of professional experience and several years of leadership experience in the manufacturing sector
• Extensive expertise in lean management, quality management and materials managemen
• Solid knowledge of variant management (high mix)
